All our South West London to airport taxis seat up to 5 persons.  However, 5 persons with 5 suitcases may not fit into one taxi.  Please ask for more information when contacting us on on our airport booking number 07946 210 477.

We allocate your taxi booking to one of our local South West London drivers at least 24 hours before travel time.  Back to FAQ's

Will I know the name and phone number of my driver?
We will email, phone or text you the name and mobile phone contact details for your driver at least 24 hours before travel time.  Back to FAQ's

Will your taxi driver have my full booking details?
Our driver will have your full address, destination, phone contact details and any extra driver notes required to offer you best service.  Back to FAQ's

Can I pre-pay the fixed price for my airport taxi by credit card?
We welcome pre-payment by credit card, including private or corporate American Express cards.  If you pre-pay by card, you will pay the advertised credit card fixed price.  Back to FAQ's

How do I pre-pay my airport taxi journey?
Phone our airport booking line on 07946 210 477 and have your credit card details handy.  For security reasons please do not email us your credit card details.  Back to FAQ's

How do you charge my credit card?
We use one of two authorisation methods.  1) a secure mobile phone connections with authorisation coming from your card issuer.  2) a secure https internet connection with authorisation coming from your card issuer.  Back to FAQ's

When will you charge my card for the fixed price journey?
To guarantee your driver we will charge your card in full, 48 hours before travel time (UK time applies). Sometimes you may wish us to charge your card earlier and we can do this.

What is your credit card refund/cancellation policy?
For cancellations received within 48 hours of travel time (UK time applies) there is no refund.  There is also no refund in a "customer no show" situation.  If you would like us to charge your card earlier than 48 hours before travel time, we can do this.   For cancellations received earlier, for each card transaction, we will refund the fixed credit card price less an admin fee of £10.00 per taxi booked.  Back to FAQ's

Can I pay the driver the fixed price by credit card?
Unfortunately no.  This is because where drivers have in-taxi credit card terminals, these are electronically linked to the metered price.  If you would like to pay by card in the taxi, we can arrange this but you will pay the higher metered price plus card fee.  Back to FAQ's

Do all your drivers have credit card terminals in their taxis?
No.  If you would like to pay the driver by card, please let us know us when booking your taxi.

How much does waiting time cost on fixed price jobs?
Our under-the-meter fixed prices do not include waiting time.  However, for waiting time on fixed price jobs we have an under-the-meter rate of 40 pence per minute.  Back to FAQ's

Is there a price difference between private and corporate airport journeys?
Absolutely not.  Private and corporate customers receive the same value for money under-the-meter price.  Back to FAQ's

Is there an extra charge for additional pick-ups en-route to the airport?
Normally yes.  Please let us have details of extra pick-up details when you book. Where possible we will fix the price on extra pick-ups and add to the regular fixed price.   Back to FAQ's

Can I get a receipt for my airport journey from the driver?
Absolutely.  For cash or credit card journeys pre-booked via our office we are also able to offer you an electronic receipt service. Upon request we will email you an electronic receipt approximately 48 hours after journey date.  Back to FAQ's

How many persons can fit into one of your taxis?
All our Black London taxis have seats for up to five persons.  Five persons with five pieces of hand luggage will fit into one taxi.  However, five persons with five suitcases may not fit.  Please ensure you let us know how many persons are travelling and how much luggage you will have.  Back to FAQ's

Can I get a bike box into one of your London black taxis?

Yes.  We have transported bike boxes with passengers on many occasions.   As long as we have a TX model cab available (please enquire when booking on 07946 210 477), one TX model taxi can accommodate a maximum of two persons, two bike boxes, two standard suitcases, plus hand luggage.  There is no extra charge for transporting bike boxes.

Is there an extra charge for more than one person?
Absolutely not.  Five persons travel for the price of one!  Back to FAQ's

Do you supply saloon cars?
No.  All our taxis are spacious licensed London Black Taxis with qualified drivers who have completed the Knowledge of London.   Back to FAQ's

How long will my journey to the airport take?
